sunflower.a coming-of-age story
The special thing about 2020 AD is that an unprecedented large-scale epidemic has swept the world, and all of us have been forced to stop moving forward. Disease, death, loneliness, and bondage seem to be synonymous with this year. Of course, it is the same for me. I had the negative emotions for a long time. In order to get myself out of the haze, I planted a sunflower. Watching it grow from seed to bud and gradually bloom again, my mood is increasingly better, and I realized that I might be able to bring this good mood to more other people. So, I made this lovely animation about 50 seconds of the sunflower blooming process. The advantage of the medium "animation" is that I can use it to "tell the story" and tell the audience what I think. Just like this work, I can fully show people the process of sunflower blooming in my imagination. Although this is the first time I have used the stuff to express my ideas, and I am still very unskilled in all aspects, I was very excited when I saw the images in my mind actually move in front of my eyes. I used a lot of bright colors, cute shapes and funny background music. I really hope it can bring a good mood to people who see it. I hope to use this work to tell the world, hey, I still love you. And I also want to tell people who are still in the epidemic shadows, without winter, no spring will come. So, just harry up, people!
