I enjoy the idea of creating movements through frame-by-frame drawings, because it gives me the power of giving life and feelings to the imaginary world.Director statement:My character is based on a cat who turned into a vampire. I chose a cat because it is the animal that I relate to the most and the turning into a vampire part is my revenge fantasy. I want to unleash my violent tendencies by animating a fragile being who rise from the dead.The video contains clips of different movements of a cat drawn in different art styles. The clips at the beginning were drawn traditionally on paper and the rest were made digitally using Adobe Animate.
