The Crash was inspired by a Chinese short film about the climate crisis. As for the climate crisis, we can always think of some unreasonable weather phenomena. However, what causes the climate crisis is not well understood. This short film describes the causes of the climate crisis from a special perspective. The short film troughs a can’s perspective to show what happens to the environment and the climate when people dispose of rubbish improperly. The suspenseful atmosphere at the beginning and the humorous atmosphere at the end give the film a "black humor" style. In this work, I added some new attempts, including Hitchcock zoom and traditional Chinese music. These hybrid elements also make the short film itself more dramatic and attractive. In this short film, I added the sound of jars colliding, shapes and colors different from people's perspectives to help the audience better understand the film. For the audience, the role of the film is not only to warn them to protect the environment, but also to explore the habit of watching films. Because the film itself is quite abstract, it requires the audience to think while watching it, which is different from what we usually see in film. It's as important for a director to highlight themes in a film as it is to learn how to guide the audience
