The Last Wheat Field

I named this work "The Last Wheat Field". In this work, I was inspired by my city, which is located in an agricultural area. However, there is concern that climate change is already affecting agricultural production and some experts are already predicting a decline in the yields of major crops in the future. I wanted to create a story that expressed the impact of climate change on agriculture, given my love for my hometown. In the future, people may be forced to leave uninhabitable cities due to rising sea levels and the food crisis and return to the last remains of nature where there are the last wheat fields and hope. I think through my work I can make people aware of how global warming is already affecting our lives and I look forward to raising awareness of the impact of climate change on agriculture. I have learned a lot from this experience. For example, how to use my sketchbook to express my ideas, and to practice digital painting even more technically. If I had the opportunity to do it again, I would organize my time more efficiently.
