Interruption of the human form

In this second masterclass for the Key Concepts of Styling and Production Unit, we were asked to style a radical fashion look within the fashion catwalk platform. We produced a group catwalk and were asked to respond to the theme “Interruption of the Human Form”. We addressed the question of how to develop a radical styling that disrupts or extends the natural shape of the body and how to present a radical catwalk. In the style of the likes of Oskar Schlemmer and Comme des Garçons, we experimented with extreme shapes and explored how to redesign the human body working with sustainable, recycled and recyclable materials.
