I felt cultural differences between China and the West, the one of most obvious of which is the social culture. However, Chinese social culture tends to take a different approach to different people, with strangers or people they don't know well being very subtle and hazy in their expressions. This Chinese social culture, from ancient times to the present, has given rise to many unique social tools* for social situations. This project takes the unique Chinese social culture as a starting point, I investigate the differences between Chinese and Western social cultures, and explore the social tools and their meanings that have been used in China from ancient times to the present day, and through which these tools reflect the unique Chinese social culture. The artefact explore "How to make modern artefact that reflect the unique Chinese traditional culture and allow non-Chinese people to experience or understand this culture." Through the historical study of Chinese social culture, occasions and social tools, the study of materials and forms of social tools, result that the final master collection of fashion. Social tools are interpersonal-based social tools that structure relationship and communication. They are designed to keep social situations enjoyable on the one hand and to bring people closer or further to each other on the other.
