This project harmonises my interpretations of future bio-engineering advancements and their effects on people with traditional textile craftsmanship. Transforming electrical motherboards and wires into hand-crocheted textile work for the body, I explore how traditional textiles can be integrated and preserved in a future with technological advancements. This fusion produces playful and vibrant outcomes using futuristic colour pallets and shapes. Honouring traditional craftsmanship by an innovative intersection with future materials and design.
