The work evokes the image of a shrine, centering the ceramics amid the hanging textiles, and creates a dialogue of veneration for our vegetal kin. Attempting to bring the viewers to a level of deeper communion and kinship with the more-than-human beings present in the work by creating an environment that both disturbs and comforts the human participants. And remind them of the kinship that has been forgotten by the western world.
