The piece was made in response to Claudia Rankin's book, Plot. A drawing of 3 clown-like figures. The clowns are portrayed with their hands all over the place and showing different expressions symbolising the chaos and confusion Liv feels as she faces the prospect of motherhood. The piece is made with a combination of glue, aluminium, and graphite.
It is currently mounted on a white sheet of paper but possibly I will put it onto a wooden board, or into a wooden frame.
