“Soul Sherd” is a performative piece. It embodies the relationship between my appreciation of drag/cabaret performers and ceramics. The creativity
of drag inspired my design, using a hair wig and denim jacket as vehicles to showcase the unique materiality and fluidity of ceramics. This combination sets the tone for my experimental practice.
