When we’re alone, many of us feel uncertain and under-occupied; this often leads to negative thoughts. As a result, we look to fill our lives with entertainment and engagement, uncomfortable in our own company. To address this I present ’alone, alive and anew‘, an experimental, interactive installation that combines performance and projection. It aim’s to share the fun and peaceful feeling I have when alone, encouraging others to spend more time with themselves and take better care of themselves.
