Curious Cryptids is a project where I screen printed a full deck of 54 cards - 52 cards + 2 jokers. Each suit has a theme - having separate creatures, flora and weapons. For example, the spades cards have deer with spears, surrounded by berries. Additionally, the cards have designs according to the rules of a card game called “park the bus”, where the objective is to collect the least amount of points without being able to look at your hand.
After I screenprinted these designs, I had professionally printed them with MPC, a card printer based in Hong Kong, and sold them at various exhibitions and through Instagram.
