This research project aimed to investigate how individuals’ subjective experiences of beauty and awe could be relevant to the context of fashion. Fashion is powerful because clothes carry symbolic meanings that serve as tools for visual communication, allowing individuals to read and interpret collective dynamics and abstract social processes. The researcher used a qualitative approach to explore participants’ perceptions of beauty and awe and its fashion visual manifestations. Thus, study findings contributed original insights to the fashion psychology academic literature.
