My favourite style is more colourful, because I feel that if my work is very colourful it will let the audience see more intuitively what I want to express. In this project I chose to work on the coral bleaching event, and the reason why I am so concerned about this phenomenon is because I have seen the beauty that coral has brought to the people with my own eyes, and I am sorry for the coral's gradual loss of its original colours.
I used a lot of foam glue to simulate the shape and appearance of coral bleaching, the holes after the foam glue dries are like the coral's epidermis with layers of fishing nets wrapped around the outside, it is because of the damage we have done to the nature, so I want to create a coral destroyed, I hope that we can always remember how much damage we have done to the nature.
In this project I would like to call everyone's attention to coral bleaching, to the climate crisis and to take action, because then we can better protect our home.
