Fashion design is a career often shrouded in fantasy. A world of runway shows, parties and celebrity status.
But is this reflective of the modern design environment?
This project took a scientific approach to answering this question. Interviews with 15 fashion designers from around the globe detailed a world of immense pressure and consequential mental health impacts, all tied to capitalist system which controls the fashion industry.
