Averill Hill

A project dedicated to my Grandfather Nelson Currier and his service in the Navy. Constructed out of paper, masking tape, and string. Aimed to comment on the history of uniforms and self expression though time periods that minimized these factors. Visualizing the delicacy of garments and textiles by contrasting the fragility of paper and the fragile aspects of the cycle of life.
