This project draws from early memories of sisterhood, specifically, being dressed in matching bridesmaid dresses alongside my sister at our parents’ wedding. Those childhood moments of shared outfits became more than just coordinated clothing; they symbolised closeness, connection, and the gentle intimacy of girlhood. Revisiting this memory through design, I wanted to explore how matching can become a form of self-expression and unity between women. The silhouettes in this collection take cues from the frills, structure, and softness of those original dresses. Lightweight lace, delicate finishes, and interchangeable pieces create space for individuality within shared identity. This collection speaks to the quiet bond between women and offers a fresh perspective on matching not as uniformity, but as a form of friendship that celebrates modern femininity.
