Other Worldly, sculpture + sound installation (2025)

While exploring how environment shapes a person’s experience with music, I began to wonder if creating an installation that felt like an alternate realm could deepen that connection. Would nature-inspired sculptures, such as mushrooms, evoke a sense of peace? My intention was for the piece to invite viewers in, encouraging them to linger rather than simply pass by. Once engaged, they could observe how the sound and surrounding space interacted to create a unified experience.
