Lingua Franca
Lingua Franca is a game set in World War One, where you play as a nurse working in a field hospital. Assess injured soldiers as they arrive, treat them successfully, then choose where to send them- all while keeping an eye on your pocketwatch. Treat patients as you deem fit, but remember that this might go against the higher-ups' objectives; it's up to you if you value your morals or your job (or life) more.
Tutorial
This screenshot is from the tutorial, where an npc nurse shows you the basic mechanics on one patient (who has only one condition).
First day gameplay
This screenshot is from the first day, which is similar to the tutorial. This day has the normal time limit, more patients and more conditions.
Second day gameplay
This screenshot is from the second day, where there are more patients and more conditions. As a result, the challenge level is increased significantly.

This is the screen that pops up when interacting with a patient. This includes information about their condition, rank, allegiance etc.
