Less is more
This project is based on the theme "Less is More" and is further developed through the idea of emotional memory and heirlooms. It explores how simplicity can hold deep meaning by reflecting on the sentimental value of inherited garments specifically a floral cardigan made by a friend’s grandmother. Using sustainable fabrics, hand embroidery, and minimal design, the project captures fading traditions through delicate details and subtle storytelling. Rooted in Indian craft and nature-inspired motifs, Threads of Remembrance becomes a quiet yet powerful expression of legacy, where every stitch preserves a memory and every thread speaks of timeless connection.
