Emotional Landscapes
Through this project, Poppy worked with photography, capturing moments of emotion in nature, the raging waves of the sea, and the hope of the woodland on a bright day. She then begins to unpick the feelings evoked by the imagery and work through textiles and materials, working intuitively to combine fabric, print, and colour. She creates moody textiles for interior spaces that bring the outside in.
