The Female Protester

My graduate collection is inspired by the concept of The Female Protesters in the 1970's women liberation movement. Drawing from historical and contemporary influences with elevated everyday underwear shapes. Range one is a custom silk print of abstract female faces with blue power mesh panels, range two is a custom print of female fists raised with lilac power mesh panels and range three is inspired by the use of colour blocking in the 1970's with rich tangerine and magenta satin.
