This project investigates innovation and strategic transformation within the fashion industry, with a focus on sustainability, digital engagement, and social impact. It analyses Coach’s launch of Coachtopia as an incremental innovation strategy designed to align with Gen Z values and circular fashion practices, applying frameworks such as the Business Model Canvas and Brand Identity Prism. Primary research was conducted on Gucci’s metaverse presence through netnography, exploring virtual user-brand interactions and immersive brand experiences on Zepeto. The project also proposes Threads of Change, a social innovation venture empowering displaced women through training and employment in ethical fashion production, addressing issues of economic exclusion and loss of cultural craftsmanship. The project concludes with critical reflection and a personal action plan for continued development in strategic fashion management.
