Mayday!Mayday!

In this project, I aimed to simulate the "sensations" of individuals with severe psychiatric disorders as authentically as possible, materializing these experiences into an installation. The background audio in the film incorporates a remixed recording of an actual patient describing their feelings during an episode. Through this work, I hope to raise an ethical question: When someone has completely lost the ability to live independently and make free choices, is it more right to continue treatment or to allow them relief? Who has the right to make that decision on their behalf?
