About me

The first motivation of my work is a visceral need to tell stories and create refuges for those who hope for something more than what everyday life provides us. My work articulates questions of cultures and dimensions which can be physical, artificial, virtual, or sensorial …Since a young age, I am passionate about mythology, antics and contemporaries, linguistics, and theology … and my designs are seen as a revisit of my Algerian cultural roots mixed with sporty, dynamic shapes, futuristic/sci-fi influences … and a hint of humour. I’ve been working as a freelance set designer in parallel to my BA at Central Saint Martins which enabled me extends to extend my practice to world creation crossing frontiers between Fashion, medicine, spirituality, digital and biosciences … Realistic fantasies become a platform.to explore our physical relation to our environment, to memories, synesthesia and to raise awareness about Neurodivergence and initiate regeneration of our perception of the system we built and will make evolve in the following years.
