I created a cook book dedicated to the the women I look up to both in life and in the kitchen. I then shared it on @thewisepeartree in order to globalise it and so that different family members can enjoy each other’s recipes. I wanted to share the fragments of my identity through food. Fragments can be manipulated and absorbed to create something new. Fusion is something I have been lucky to experience, where exchanging one element with another creates a whole new flavour.
